Two years, nine months and counting...

Section 3 Article (a) of LB Purchase Agreement states:
"Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, for purposes of the exemption set forth in 1710.5(b) of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (15 U.S.C.A. 1710, et seq., Seller warrants that Closing shall occur no later than two (2) years after the date of Purchaser's execution of this Agreement, subject to any delays caused by events of Force Majerue set forth in Paragraph 22 below".
